The old Arrow Shirt factory in Kitchener is being converted to the Arrow Lofts, a vibrant new condo development on Benton Street in downtown Kitchener.
I had the opportunity to tour it this week, before it is opened to the public & the general Real Estate agent population.
The model suites & plans look terrific, and I’m excited to see them open.
Occupancy is expected by the end of this year for the first floor, and soon after that for the next three, with the top few floors being the last to be finished (that part of the building is brand new construction, whereas the rest is the original factory)
